302 to corporate account need fix

The domain previously was connected to corporate account in CF, but we need to disconnect it, in past and till this days it redirects 302 to corporate account DNS settings - but now we need to fix this case and remove this redirection. We have removed TXT records what we added before to connect the domain to the corporate account - it doesn’t work & we tried to move the domain to another CF account - but when we A/CNAME using proxy it still looking(pointing) to previous setting.
How we are able to fix this redirect and start using this domain fully by control in our account (not the corporate account) ? Thank you

There are two ends to that TXT record setup. You’ve removed the client end, but I don’t think that removes the SaaS end it points to. Do you still have access to that controlling account and domain this domain was tied to? It probably still has a setting for your domain.

If you can’t track that down, please email [email protected] with the subject Cannot remove custom host name and details of the issue. Once you’ve done that you’ll receive an automatic response with a ticket number. Please post that here so we can escalate it. Once you have reached out to Support they will ask you to verify domain ownership of the domain by adding a txt record to the domain in order to verify domain ownership.

I have an access to Domain register account of this domain and “client” side of CF, but we don’t have access to controlling CF account, I was send an email to [email protected] and receive this ticked ID: 2323248 I’ll ask you to help as to escalate this ticket please
