301 Redirections not working

Hey I’m trying to set up redirection for ruralhelp.com.au → therapyonline.online

ruralhelp.com.au/
Forwarding URL (Status Code: 301 - Permanent Redirect, Url: https://therapyonline.online/$2)

For some reason when I test it my browser stays on a white screen with ‘ruralhelp.com.au/’ still in a browser (doesn’t redirect) and says ‘No website configured at this address.’

Any help would be much appreciated.

Looks like it works now - might have just been your browser caching it.
