Hello CF Community! The URL non-www version of my URL currently opens a “This site can’t be reached” error page–I need it to redirect to www version. I set up a 301 redirect but the DNS records are configured at our host’s site and I cannot match what’s shown in the tutorial.
Here’s the rule set up with as well as the DNS configuration from the host site:
Are you using a Cloudflare integration on your host’s side?
If so, that will only be active for “www” and hence you can’t configure that redirect in the first place. If you need that configuration, that’s something you need discuss with your host.
