301 Bulk Redirects on Kajabi and Cloudflare aren't working at all

For Workes & Pages, what is the name of the domain?

What is the error number?

301 redirect trigger isn’t working

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have followed all the bulk redirects and page rules documentation and everything is correct yet 301 redirects are not working. My understanding is Kajabi also uses cloudflare. I can post any other info folks need, but this has been unbelievably frustrating. Something that should be so simple doesn’t work via Cloudflare. Is it because Kajabi uses Couldflare to? Is my only option to use another registrar?

Bumping this. Anyone have any ideas. Is my only option to switch registrars since Kajabi uses CF as well?

Probably. As Kajabi uses Cloudflare, it means traffic is not routed through your zone but theirs instead. That means none of the settings in your Cloudflare account will apply.

You can test this by deleting your DNS record and creating an AAAA record with 100:: instead.

Using a different registrar would not help you. You would need to use another reverse proxy.
