3 Days without update in our ticket

@MoreHelp Here is the ticket id: 2244601

Context: We have been trying to set up argo tunnel, everything seems to work as expected except for a strange issue with the VNC connection, which is suddenly dropped.

The origin has unexpectedly closed the connection. Please confirm that the origin is healthy.

This happens roughly 20 seconds after the connection is established, we have no firewall or whatsoever that could cause this sudden drop.
Is there any way to scalate or at least move forward with the diagnosis? Thanks!
