2FA Token - Account problem

Hello

My mobile 2FA Token app (Google Authenticator Plus), wasn’t changed, every other 2FA account is working but the CF isn’t working anymore

What I changed? Nothing…
Also, the Backup Code for CF I just inserted with another name, nothing working too!

Nothing was changed! It simple isn’t accepting the tokens…

For security purposes I just added 2 new members… since I’ll lost access to my account!

Can somebody help me?

There’s the slight chance you’re using an incorrect login if you’ve happen to have a second account here. Beyond that, this is a community forum. You would have to contact Support for additional help. Since you can’t log into the support portal, you’d have to email: support AT Cloudflare DOT com from the email address associated with your account.
