2FA recovery email not found

Hello, I am having the same problem. I am worried that the email to reset the account does not arrive in the days indicated in the message, which is supposedly 3 to 5 days. Today is the fourth day, I hope to receive the email tomorrow and hope this does not take any longer.
I need to restore access to the account or add a new user for domain administration, I appreciate the support you can give me. I have an open case with the following ID #3182655
