2FA lockout

I can’t gain access to my account. 2FA has been established on it, but not, to my knowledge, by me (and if it was by me, it was with a previous phone, and I have no recovery codes). I can’t find any indication in my e-mail that I ever established 2FA. Now, I can’t gain access. Happy to provide whatever information you need to confirm that it’s my account.

Right. I need to send the specific information requested to Cloud Flare so I can recover access to my account, but don’t see how or where I can do that…

If you’ve set up another Cloudflare account, you can do this:

Login to Cloudflare and then contact Cloudflare Support by clicking on the Get More Help button.

Otherwise, email them from your email address associated with the locked out account: support AT cloudflare DOT com
