2FA Lockout only bots respond to support requests


I have an issue accessing my CloudFlare account via 2FA. I lost access to my mobile device. As per community instructions, I reached out to [email protected] with details of my issue.

From here I received instructions to add metadata to the pages of my web sites.

I have 2 domains of which one has no web presence at this time. I added the requested metadata to the pages as instructed.

I still have no access to me account as the instructions could not be completed

Domains are AWASP.ie & Mehodge.com. Only AWASP.ie is active.

I have found that I get no response from my emails to support except your ticket has been marked as closed.

I have reached out via Twitter and Facebook but only get bots. I called the US sales line but was informed they have no access to anyone who can help.

I have had to create a duplicate account, so I can post here.

Can anyone assist me as I have lost access to my domains.

Hi @mikeneal90, I have merged the duplicate into that ticket 2046202 so we don’t distract the team with duplicate tickets. (Note that if you receive a reply that says “This is an automated response which we hope has answered your question. If you need further assistance, simply reply to this email to reach a Cloudflare Technical Support Engineer.” just respond to the message so that the agent sees the ticket.)

I don’t know if the engineer can work with your reply/actions you took or not, but will reach out to them to find out.
