2FA issue - possible to disable it?

Hello everyone!

I have a quick question…
We had an IT engineer to the company that he setup our Cloudflare account. Problem is that he was a superuser and I am just an administrator. I want to disable the 2fa from his account and mine if possible. How I can do that?

Unfortunately i have to contact with Cloudflare… Can i send an email from my business account to [email protected] or open a ticket?
