What is the issue you’re encountering

Can’t reset 2FA and getting “TOO MANY REQUESTS” on request

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I’ve tried to reset my 2FA and it didn’t work. My admins tried to delete/readd me and that didn’t work either. I’ve tried to request a code and get “TOO MANY REQUESTS”.
We are a paying user!

Your team responded to my email from an alternate email telling me to use the reset system. That’s what I tried to do! It won’t respond to me once I’ve updated my domains.
