2FA Authentication Removal due to lost devices

What is the issue you’re encountering

I have lost my Laptop and mobile where I have configure my 2FA and kept backup code to login to the cloudflare dashboard. but unfortunate I cannot access my account it’s asking 2FA code, I tried to submit a ticket via URL I found on the community “https://dash.cloudflare.com/login-help” and received a ticket number and they asked to follow Option 1 or Option 2 which I did Option 1 and reply to the same but here after I didn’t received any updates or response, my concern is one of my domain is already expired and I need to renew it my situation is critical. can some one guide me to contact cloudflare urgently. im on free tire but I can apply for a membership plan if needed. the account im submitting this is a different account not the one im describing.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?
