I think, based on the described error, this is something for staff to handle over email, but I could be wrong! Have you tried reaching out over email/live chat so far?


@arun is pointing you in the right direction. You won’t have access to chat without a Business plan and you can no longer open a request via email. You will need to open a billing support request from within your dashboard.
