i have a pro subscription on two domains, and I have paid an annual subscription in advance, and I discovered that I’m on the free plan after a while, I have opened three tickets till now with zero support , no nothing happened, I’m not sure if there is any other action should I take ? or should I just start looking for another WAF!
BTW I didn’t try to change or add any subscriptions to my account so I’m not sure even what happened , and the only respond that I have received from Cloudflare team , " yes we can see that you have paid 1 year subscription and we will send this issue to billing team! "
any advice here?
