24 days (!) with no response on billing issue -- billed for unused page rules

What is the issue you’re encountering

We’ve been a paying Cloudflare customer since 2018. Recently, we noticed that our invoice included a line item for ‘page rules’ that we’ve never used and never activated. The Cloudflare dashboard doesn’t give us an option to cancel these unused page rules. We’ve opened multiple tickets on this issue (01255010, 01251069, 01228821) and none of them have received a response. The oldest ticket is now 24 days old. Where is the support? How can we remove this unused service from our account?

Opened multiple tickets, contacted our account rep, now posting on the community forums.
