Hi, I have problem to log in to my client website since June 26th 2021. I usually log in using the usual details and password given by my website developer but cannot get through. Unfortunately my web developer passed away 2 weeks ago of Covid.
In order to be able to access the website CMS, the new web developer needs the HTML code and database coding or CPanel details.
Please inform me what should I do?

What does this have to do with Cloudflare?
As you stated correctly in your title, this is a problem with your CMS. Cloudflare is no CMS, therefore Cloudflare can not reset/restore your password, nor can it help you login to your site.
Sorry I forgot to mention that Cloudflare is the hosting provider of my client website. That’s why I post the issue.
As @M4rt1n mentioned, Cloudflare does not host your CMS. This is because Cloudflare is just a proxy (middleman) for your existing website.
