Every time I save the billing info it tells me it was added successfully, then the page will refresh, my billing info is gone and it gives me an error account does not have payment method set up

Multiple ISPs
Incognito mode while disabling all addons/extensions
Contacted bank(they said no transaction has been made)

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Add any payment method to my account and Click confirm; the payment method won’t be saved
I understand this is a duplicate of this thread, but I had to create it since the previous discussion did not include resolution steps, it simply said it was resolved. Additionally, my support tickets (01373442, 01384681) are being ignored.
Any updates on this? I’ve been facing this issue for over a month now.
I was planning to purchase R2 storage once my payment method was added, but the support response time is too slow. Should we consider moving away from Cloudflare?
