2 x domains but no one deleted them

What is the issue you’re encountering

I have just been advised that 2 x domains were deleted yet no one with access to the acocunt deleted them.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Please can you tell me why this has happened?
We did not delete them.

Cloudflare automatically deletes domains when they’ve been inactive for a week.

Neither of these domains is using Cloudflare nameservers, so they would’ve been inactive:
