Hosting platform is investigating issue and has asked for IP addresses coming in through Cloudflare. Launched a monitoring tool to report on the issue, The monitoring service is UptimeRobot and here is the list of IP addresses that checks the website Locations and IPs | UptimeRobot
What are the steps to reproduce the issue?
Triggered navigating to the website from a different machine.
Best to pause Cloudflare, or set the DNS record to “DNS only”, so requests bypass Cloudflare and check your origin for problems.
Cloudflare is responding for your domain but then waiting a long time for your origin to respond. Make sure your origin is working correctly and isn’t blocking any Cloudflare IP addresses.
Once working, you can re-enabled the Cloudflare proxy again.
Great thanks. However I am completely non-technical, actually in sales, just trying to source answers. Does the document centre have a guide on how to do this?
