What is the issue you’re encountering
2 of my 3 domains do not pull up the correct web page anymore. siteground told me i need to make a redirect rule in cloudflare, but i don’t know how to do that.
Can you put this is in layman’s terms for me? I’m very new to all this. Duda is our host, Siteground is where we renew our domains, and I was told that our Cloudflare account is set up so our 3 domains work properly.
That 404 error means you don’t have any files (site) at the location (IP address) you specified. I suspect the IP is incorrect, but your hosting provider can tell you if that is the case, we cannot.
Ok I’ll reach out to Duda about that. What’s strange is that when these cloudflare redirects were set up for both domains, they worked, and then something happened in March where they both stopped working. And now one is working and the other isn’t. I’m so confused.
