I’m trying to login into my account to submit a ticket, but not receiving a token to my email for the 2 factor authentication. Please help, website is currently down due to conflicting issues with Dreamhost that popped up today.

Yep, same thing is happening to my account.
I suspect the issue you encountered was related to Cloudflare incident on November 2, 2023
Is everything working as expected now?
