This is my new account. The previous account was due to my phone being broken, and the Google Authenticator is installed on the phone. The old account cannot be logged in and the CloudFlare community can’t get in.
Now I have transferred all the domain names in my old account to this new account.
I would like to ask: In the support letter sent by the old account (support 1545699), I saw that the Cloudflare technical support engineer said that my email address is not listed as the owner of any Cloudflare account. I don’t understand why the account registered with my email address was Listed as the owner of any Cloudflare account, and what will be done with the old account
The old account will empty out. Any old domains listed there will roll off because they’re not using the appropriate name servers. Someone from Cloudflare would have to respond to say what happens to abandoned accounts.
I’m pretty sure it just sits indefinitely after the domains are purged. We only “close” the account at the request of the user.
