I cannot access my website and need to make changes urgently

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I have contacted support, it said to wait 3-5 days. I have waited 12. Through no fault of my own I cannot access my website. I have never received any codes. I have also filled in a support form i found on here. I have set up another account to be able to email. I have access to my email. I have never found anything as difficult!

Are you using any paid Cloudflare services? If not, it would be easiest to just create a new Cloudflare account and add your domain to that.

Are you talking about Cloudflare’s one time login codes or actual 2FA here?

Hello, many thanks for your reply. I think the 2fp codes as that is what it is asking for. I haven’t signed into Cloudflare for years and haven’t had any codes. Can you do that, add your site again? I would like my email address for my website to be used.

Yes, you can just create a new Cloudflare account and add your site to that account.

Thank you. Looks like I will have to do that then if they don’t reply. I don’t understand really how that works though

It will be some work, as you need to re-create all the DNS records for at least your website hosting and email provider.

Just to be clear, you mean that you can’t access your Cloudflare account? Do you know the correct username and password?

Or do you want to make changes directly to your website?
