2 Email Recipients Are Rejecting Our Email For SPAM Or Containing A Virus

Our email is being rejected as spam\virus infected by 1 email recipient with a Gmail account and another with an email account hosted on MailHostBox.com. GoDaddy hosts our email in a cPanel. They claim the issue is DNS related. Our DNS records have not been changed for years.

Then they should be able to tell you which DNS record to fix. Cloudflare will publish whatever DNS record GoDaddy tells you to use that will fix this. Other than that, Cloudflare is not involved in email delivery.
