Whenever I enable the 1.1.1.1 DNS, I lose connection with Google Services like, Google Drive and Google Photos. I mean I can’t download anything from this services, neither the photos will show on my device, until I turn off the DNS.
I am on Android Pie Samsung S9+
It sounds like something is not set properly after the app was installed. Typically the app creates a VPN tunnel to accomplish the DNS “redirect” that occurs on your device. I would remove the app and try to reinstall.
Also - depending on where you are connected to the Internet - some places will block DNS providers and similar VPN connections other than their designated solution of choice (my office does this). Make sure you are on a network where a filtering solution is not affecting your traffic.
