Is there a way to change proxy ip address by Cloudflare?

Sorry, but that’s not likely. There’s nothing stopping them from tagging the next IP address. With shared hosting being so common, it doesn’t make sense to categorize the IP address of a website instead of the hostname. I’d expect it to clear up at some point. The page you linked to said it should expire on January 20th.
