16th user on ZeroTrust does not getting email with pin

Hi, I’m on free tier of ZeroTrust which supposed to allow 50 users to be part of the team.
currently I have 15 users added who works fine.
But yesterday I needed to add 16th user.
he did not got email, I`ve checked with different mail service email just in case - nothing got to mail box
So today for testing i revoked one of the existing users and - magic 15th user got an email with the pin.

Could somebody bring light on this situation?

Hey, this seems to be a very weird instance… Reply with the ticket number here, even if it was closed, and I’m gonna escalate that for you.

Thank you @matteo I do see the ticket @maksym, have reopened it and added myself to it to track.

Was it the pending 16th that got the email after you removed one of the existing 15? Are you now able to add a 16th person?

the revoked account allowed to add 15th user, otherwise the pin mail is not sent
currently, i deleted some of team members to allow required functionality to continue working
