Please see the attached image. Needless to say the problem affects every website that uses cloudflare proxy including the biggest media outlets in Hungary, 1.1.1.1, discord, and a bunch of other sites/services. Internet usage is basically crippled in Hungary due to this, dns resolution is slow when using 1.1.1.1 and sometimes fails due to packet loss, images/css files on websites sometimes fail to load, etc. This needs to be addressed asap.
Looks like this only affects Telekom (DT) residential customers in Hungary. Latency from Vodafone’s network is ~10ms.
Things are back to normal again. Yay!
