1315 Error Code

When adding a domain on the free plan I get this. Refer to https://cfl.re/3VUQyyL for assistance. The zone you are trying to upgrade is marked as Do Not Upgrade. (Code: 1315). But I can add another domain just fine.

This relates to billing, and questions about billing will need to be resolved by the Customer Support team and cannot be resolved on the Community.

To contact the billing team, please submit a new support request from your Cloudflare account directly through the Cloudflare dashboard. Visit https://dash.cloudflare.com/?to=/:account/support and choose Billing. Feel free to share the ticket number here.


No because I can add other domains just fine

I understand that, but some issue in the past caused the domain to be marked as not possible to add. You need to contact support to work that out, community members cannot help.
