What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

I want to use my domain on the Free package, but I keep getting this error code: “Contact https://cfl.re/3VUQyyL for help.
The zone you are trying to upgrade is marked as Do not upgrade. (Code: 1315)”
I have already written to the support on account via ticket and also 2 others and all 3 were not looked at, I have been waiting 1 day for the one ticket.
