127.0.0.1 refused to connect

I am getting this error on my website https://www.thetrainernetwork.in. I tried “Purge Everything” but it didn’t work.
And then I paused cloudflare on my website and was able to login.

What could be the issue & how do i fix it now?
Any inputs will be appreciated. thanks
