127.0.0.1 redirect error

issue is happening totally randomly, when some user go to domain, some strange redirect happens for them, page is getting redirected to 127.0.0.1, BUT for the same user, in different browser website can work as expected…
Cant understand where the issue is and h to fix this :frowning:

From response headers I see “location: http : //127.0.0.1” comes from unknown place… can someone point in the right direction?
