We have a lot of videos deleted from our account, and no logs to see what’s happend and why?

May I ask if you haven’t paid the subscription on time, or was it over time? :thinking:

Cloudflare Stream would keep the videos for 30 days. After that, should return them if you renew before the date, otherwise they’re unfortunately gone and you’ve lost them.

Unfortunately, the videos cannot be recovered if your payment has been overdue for more than 30 days.

Have you checked Audit Logs just in case for any clue? :thinking:

In the meantime, did you manage to create a ticket for the Support team?

You can check that we pay monthly. and the files were deleted from different and random dates and there is no logical explanation for that.

(Attachment admin.vcf is missing)

this answer from Cloudflare support: The request logs I have do not go back to the beginning of the year. We are working on improvements to account-level audit logging to include Stream videos.
