10k error on dash

I am also experiencing the same problem with identical symptoms as to what you describe with my account. My account is also new and was also created yesterday.

I have taken the same steps as the original poster (i.e. clear all browser data, try a different browser, try a browser in private mode), but none of these have resolved the problem.

Additionally, I have attempted to submit a help ticket via the dashboard, but am unable to do so as I simply receive an “Authentication error (10000)”.

Can you try again from incognito mode @astronomy-fan?

Thank you for the confirmation. I took some steps in the background to fix the account and am delighted it worked out. You should be fine going forward without having to use incognito mode.
