1014 Error When trandering site from Wix to Kajabi

I recently transferred my domain to Kajabi, and the transfer was confirmed as successful. However, when accessing my site, I encounter the following error: Error 1014. The error message mentions that the host is configured as a CNAME across accounts on Cloudflare, which is not allowed by their security policy. I’ve reviewed Kajabi and Namecheap tutorials and community posts but haven’t been able to resolve this issue. I also checked the DNS records using DNS Checker, and it appears that my site is still under propagation.

The service behind the sub-domain which you’re using seems to be on a Cloudflare network, or already using Cloudflare, therefrom you should be able to use unproxied :grey: (DNS-only) for that particular CNAME sub-domain.

Does switching from the :orange: to the :grey: (DNS-only) change anything? :thinking:

I can see it’s working now over a proxied :orange:, could you confirm?
