I’m afraid this is a problem with WPEngine’s configuration. Try to remove your domain and add it again to your website.

Not exactly sure what you mean - remove the WHOLE domain (koto.studio) from Cloudflare - and re-add? That will bring down the entire web estate?

Or do you mean remove the CNAME references to the subdomain (seasoned.koto.studio) in Cloudflare?

WPEngine’s support team thoroughly investigated this and confirmed things were correctly setup on their side.

Note: we have WP instances on BOTH seasoned.koto.studio AND the root-level koto.studio

Can you please clarify and spell out the steps I needs to take, and on which platform (WPEngine/Cloudflare) - thanks

You don’t need to do anything on Cloudflare.

Log into WP Engine, find where you configure the domain for your website and remove the domain from the website.

Then, add the domain again.

OK, deleted and re-added - using the Entri Connect tool - and now I get a 1000 Error - DNS points to a prohibited IP?

https://seasoned.koto.studio

What do I need to do to solve this?

You can’t do anything else to solve this, it’s up to WP Engine.

This is a configuration error in THEIR Cloudflare account.

They basically need to allow you to use their IP or CNAME record. The errors you encounter mean that this has not happened.
