What is the issue you’re encountering

I need to add a CNAME to send my customers to my login page. After I added it I got an error 1014 cross-user banned. I was told one of two things could be the problem,if you’re previously associated with cloudflare and cloudflare flagged you as abuse if you’re associated with cloudflare account and you’re account has some billing issues i.e unpaid invoices, I don’t think either could be possible since I’ve never used Cloudflare before nor do I owe anything. When searching Cloudflare It mentioned using Cloudflare for SaaS. I’m not sure what to do.

This error indicates that you didn’t properly configure the subdomain you are using with your service provider (GoHighLevel I believe?).

That is correct! I believe I fixed it myself, I’m so used to working harder and not smarter that I’ve made more work for myself!
