1006 Error, no settings to block IP's in Cloudflare

I’m getting a 1006 Blocked IP error on my website, and I don’t have anything set up, nor does it affect my entire site, root works perfectly fine, but if I try to go to /wp-admin it’s blocked, or even /forum it’s blocked.

I have nothing in my Security or Firewall using Cloudflare Free.

That all looks good to me.

Are you sure that’s the right Cloudflare account for that domain? In the DNS settings page, are your two name servers Carter and Sue?
