What is the issue you’re encountering

I see 100% packet loss from Spain, but works fine from a couple of other nations I tested. UK / India.

What steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

Pausing cloudflare fixes the issue.

Sounds like you’re collateral damage, to the bad actions, that has been taken by your ISP (and LaLiga).

Please contact them, in order to share how disappointed you are.

Lo que te comenta @DarkDeviL es correcto, desde hace un par de semanas, casi todos los proveedores de internet, “tiran” ciertas IPs durante varias horas al día y muchas webs quedan afectadas al (supuestamente) compartir rangos de IPs con paginas que piratean contenido de la liga/etc.

La unica solución que tienes es utilizar WARP o cualquier otro VPN, desafortunadamente Cloudflare no puede hacer mucho mas.
