1.1.1.3 + iOS Private Relay allowing adult content

I have 1.1.1.3 enabled at router level in our house which works as expected. However it seems that if any devices have the iOS Private Relay feature enabled then it allows certain adult content through - namely PH and RT. Could this be a setup issue?

I have tested by disabling and reenabling Private Relay and this does seem to be the case.

No, it’s by design. Apple private relay creates a tunnel and DNS queries go down it so bypassing your assigned DNS.

If you reject these DNS requests at your router, private relay will be blocked.
