1.1.1.1 won't route to KSA Data Center

There are Cloudflare servers in Riyadh, KSA and I am being routed to Dubai.
Never ever routed to KSA Data Center and my friends seem to have the same problem.
There was a similar post two years ago

It seems like the problem still persists.

We’re always looking to improve the connectivity over time, but right now our location in Riyadh is currently connected with a single ISP there (Zain) - so if you’re not using that particular ISP you will be routed to our other locations in the region.
