Interesting, it has to be CF issue then.
I faced the same thing I guess.
Indian ISPs are blocking warp ports: 2408,1701,500,4500
for Warp Ingress IP Range: 162.159.193.0/24 . (Port 80/443 works, only warp ports blocked)
I’m also think that it’s my ISP issue
Yes, I think this has to do with the ISP blocking the service ports. I have checked and can confirm that WARP works on Idea network.
Yes it’s fu**ing JIO. Can confirm Warp is working on Idea, Vi, and Airtel seamlessly.

So JIO and other ISPs like Hateway - GTPL is also blocking WARP.

We are talking about Jio & GTPL Broadband, not Mobile Data service.
