warp 30% packet lost when connected to some provider

Just this Sunday, my home internet become unstable, but when I connect through my data my connection work fine.

After some investigation, my connection only unstable if I connect to Warp. When I disabled warp (only using, I can connect normally. I have tried it using my phone and laptop.

Is there any method to fix this?

Unstable means slow or broken? All VPN connections slow down the connection speed to some level.
