1.1.1.1 unable to resolve portal.housing.berkeley.edu

I am unable to access portal.housing.berkeley.edu using 1.1.1.1 but 8.8.8.8 is able to resolve it. I would appreciate any help on this.

A strange response to portal.housing.berkeley.edu SOA query with the additional SOA record from a different zone exposed an edge case on our side and we are working on fixing it.

It appears the issue has resurfaced. The domain is not resolving once again.

Unfortunately we had to rollback (for a different issue) our release that contained the fix for this issue. We have a new release that includes the fix for this issue and is being rolled out slowly and expected to complete by the end of next week.

Me too, I can’t access to my company private cloud website and email. both 1.1.1.1 and 1.1.1.3.

When use 1.1.1.3:

nslookup mydomain.com
Server: Unknown

Non-authoritative answer:

When use 1.1.1.1:
