I detected that neither ‘gateway’ appears on 1.1.1.1, do you think that maybe the router is hijacking that IP?

Seems to be the most likely explanation, given your traceroute.

Also, Movistar blocks 1.1.1.1

Thanks for the link (only found one with the Movistar of America) and confirmation…

That’s really a shame but not only this but unconstitutional and against European Laws… :angry:
