1.1.1.1 Not Connecting

1.1.1.1/help used to immediately show “Connected to 1.1.1.1” as Yes and “Using DNS over HTTPS” as Yes, but they now show as No after waiting at Checking for a minute or so, if the status changes from Checking at all. All “Connectivity to Resolver IP Addresses” entries will say Yes.

What’s going on? Is my ISP (CenturyLink) blocking it, or something?

After being informed of the nslookup command, which showed the DNS working properly, I’ve come to the conclusion that Cloudflare changed the way it retrieves that info (port, perhaps) and my router has it firewalled as I have it set to be as stealthy as possible.
