1.1.1.1 refuses queries on my domain

What are the steps to reproduce the issue?

We are trying to resolve domain using 1.1.1.1 from us-west1.
We get a query refused answer from 1.1.1.1 and from 1.0.0.1

Works well from 8.8.8.8:
dig @8.8.8.8 wixmp-6f01a4ce0453f15410e74e05.wixmp.com +short
files-proxy.wixmp.com.

If you dig without the +short you should get a reason for the refusal, which could be because of abuse coming from a particular subnet.
