1.1.1.1 is served from farther datacenter over IPv4, but close datacenter over IPv6

Hi, I have an issue where 1.1.1.1 (the service) seems to be served from YVR over IPv4, but SEA over IPv6. I live in PDX, so obviously SEA is the preferable datacenter and has better latency. My ISP is CenturyLink.

There’s not much Cloudflare can do. Chances are the ISP set up static routes or has old routes for 1^4.
