Sounds like the website operator has violated Cloudflare’s terms of service for their plan / services they consume. That’s not a result of Cloudflare DNS.

When not using Cloudflare DNS, it starts working again.

It resolves to the same Ip addresses using 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 for me. :person_shrugging:

Either way the website operator appears to be violating Cloudflare’s ToS. Perhaps they’ve only implemented a block in a subset of Cloudflare datacenters and you resolve to different ones. But Cloudflare DNS isn’t interfering with web traffic, the website operator has an issue at Cloudflare they need to address.

The issue fixed itself so it might’ve been some temporary glitch.

Could’ve also been that it was being used to proxy large non-HTML content.
