1.1.1.1/help says no DNS encryption

1.1.1.:1/help: says connected… but not connected with DoH, DoT, or Warp. Is the connection securely encrypted? If not, how to correct?(Ubuntu 18.04)

It sounds like you’ve just set your regular DNS to 1.1.1.1. To get the encryption, you’d need a separate mechanism, such as cloudflared, to tunnel your DNS requests over HTTPS or TLS.

I use PiHole for this, but you may be able to find a different cloudflared solution adapted from these PiHole instructions.
